Due to the nature of jewelry , energy of crystals and hygiene considerations, we at Kiron Jewelry invest significant care and intention into presenting each piece accurately. We believe in honoring both the freedom of choice and the mindful nature of handmade creation.
Our photographer dedicates extensive time and detail to capturing every item as true-to-life as possible, including color, texture, scale, and material characteristics. While each piece is crafted with intention, we understand that sometimes a return feels right — and we respect that.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we ask customers to be mindful when placing an order and to treat each piece with care while in their possession.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- We will cover shipping cost only on returns or exchanges on items that arrive damaged or defective.
- Any issues must be reported within 2 daysof delivery with photographic documentation.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kiron Jewelry is not responsible for lost return packages.
Handmade Process Acknowledgment
Each Kiron Jewelry piece is made in small batches or as a one-of-a-kind made to order creation. Subtle variations in texture, color, or form are part of the beauty of handmade work and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly make it right.
Jewelry Care
Kiron Jewelry is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, impact, water exposure, perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage. Jewelry care instructions are provided as guidance only.
