Return Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase of our products. Our jewelry is made to put a smile on your face. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within five days from the delivery date for a 100% Money Back Guarantee, excluding an administration fee of 20% 

 

Since items are unique and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items unless a special circumstance occurs. If we do not receive a return within the five-day grace period, additional fees might be applied. Kiron jewelry does not resell used items. We take each piece apart, cleanse our beads and use new jewelry to create new pieces to donate. We do like giving away new items, too, so we kindly ask you to explore and shop our items with curiosity and intention.

 

Return Shipping Costs 

Kiron Jewelry will not reimburse or pay for return shipping or re-delivery shipping costs except if the customer received the wrong item or the item is broken or damaged. 

Broken Items

Email us within 48 hours of receiving the order at hello@kironjewerly.com. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. Upon processing your return, we will send a confirmation of your return to the email address associated with your account.
